PMC Financial Services provides manufactured/mobile home park consulting and project financing for: 1) Non Profit Corporations seeking to provide affordable housing 2) MH Park Resident Groups seeking to purchase their communities 3) Affordable Housing Builders/Developers seeking to construct, purchase, refinance and rehabilitate parks as affordable housing PMC Financial Services was formed in 1992 to provide real estate consulting and investment banking services involving affordable housing projects.
