501 (c) (3) Affordable Housing Corporations (NFPs) are beginning to
recognize that manufactured/mobile home parks are an important affordable
housing resource. It is estimated that there are over 50,000 parks in the
US with approximately 6,000,000 housing units. It is also estimated that
under 300 parks are owned by non profit affordable housing corporations.
PMC specializes in providing assistance to NFPs to evaluate projects for
financing and, should a project appear viable, arranging appropriate financing
for the project.
FHA Financing Programs
PMC Financial Services
specializes in arranging FHA
manufactured/mobile home park project financing. The FHA program provides
a long-term, fixed rate, fully amortizing first mortgage loan for up to 90% of
the value of the project. The FHA support can also be used as credit
