Non Profit Owned Park in Southern California

 

Paul Revere Community Cooperative, MN - Paul Revere is a 156-site low & moderate income park located about 9 miles north of Minneapolis.  PMC acted as organizational consultant and arranged the $4.5 million first mortgage financing.

Springlake Mobile Home Park, OR - The residents of Springlake Park, Scappoose, OR, have completed the purchase of their park through their newly created resident cooperative corporation, Springlake Community, Inc. (SCI).  This is the first resident coop park purchase in Oregon.  

Thunderbird Mobile Home Park, WA - The Thunderbird Village Residents Association (TVRA), Tumwater, WA, have completed the restructuring and refinancing of their resident-owed corporation, which owns Thunderbird Village MHC, a 115-site, 5-star, "55 & older" manufactured home park located at 706 East Dennis Street, Tumwater, Washington.
